Q1. Do the samples are available?
Yes, the sample is free and Express charge would be collected in your side. Please send us your Express account no.
Q2. Are the products tested before shipping?
Yes, we have a professional QC team which follow the production process from the beginning to end. Production process can be updated everyday upon the customer's request. After production. QC team will check the cargo piece and test in our lab.Testing report is issued to customers together with QC and including size,thickness, moisture content ,edge treatment, package .Loading will be done only after customer's final permission.
Q3. Can the company name and trademark to be printed on the plywood
or package?
As your required. Your company name and trademark can be printed on your products or package.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?T/T 30% as deposit, and 70%T/T against copy B/L in 5 working days or L/C at sight . We'll show you the photos and products and packages after shipment .
